Rubino cupo. Evoca toni speziati di pepe nero, chiodi di garofano e cannella in stecca. China e sbuffi erbacei. Piacevoli richiami di grafite a chiudere. Tannino vivo, medio il corpo, con chiusura asciutta e leggermente amarognola. In troncoconico e tonneaux per 18 mesi. Stufato di vitello.
